It’s been 30+ days since I received my order, and there’s a problem.

Even if you’re within the 30-day window, and we were not notified of any issues upon delivery, we are not able to refund you for your purchase.

If your product arrived with damage or issues but you didn’t reach out when the issue occurred, we are unable to refund you or replace your FOND jars.
