My package arrived damaged or a jar has popped with a loose seal. What do I do now?

We never like hearing this! We’re sorry that this happened.

While we’ve optimized our shipping packaging to avoid most spills and breakage, we can’t control the package once it leaves our shipping partner.

If you have any issues or need help, you can always send an email with your order number, and a picture of the damage, to hello@fondbonebroth.com and one of our customer service agents will be happy to help. *Please note that it is very hard for us to help without a picture!
